Own a slice of a project's revenue
LitShares connects projects that earn money with people who want a share of it. A project opens a pool and promises part of its income to whoever holds its shares.

Three ways to earn
Hold shares
Buy shares in a project you believe in. Part of every fee the project earns goes to its pool and is paid out to holders by the number of shares they own. Claim it whenever you like, or let it reinvest itself.
You get: A cut of real revenue, plus a higher share price as more people buy in.

Holders sometimes need cash without selling. Post an offer: you pick the amount, the interest and the term. The borrower pledges shares worth three to five times the loan. They pay you back with interest, or the shares become yours.
You get: A 1% fee plus interest agreed up front, secured by shares.
See loansRaise money for your project
Does your project already earn fees? Open a pool, choose how much of that revenue goes to backers and lock a bond as your guarantee. People who believe in the project fund it by buying shares.
You get: Funding without selling equity or taking a bank loan, plus half of the 1% trading fee.
Create a poolHow holding shares works
- 01
Pick a project
Every pool shows what the project promised, what it has actually paid and how big a bond stands behind the promise. A trust score from 0 to 100 sums it up.
- 02
Buy shares
The price follows a curve: each share sold makes the next one a little dearer, so early backers pay less. A new pool opens with a fair launch, where everyone who joins pays the same price.
- 03
Get paid
The project promises a minimum payment every 30 days. Its revenue flows to holders over the following week. If it pays less than promised, the difference comes out of its bond.
- 04
Sell when you want
Sell back to the pool at any time, no buyer needed. Selling early costs an extra fee that shrinks from 10% to 2% over 90 days. Or unbond: wait 2 days and skip it.
What protects you
- The creator locks a bond before anyone can buy a share.
- Smart contracts enforce every rule. Nobody, including LitShares, can move your money.
- If a project stops paying, the pool defaults and what is left of the bond goes to holders.
- You can always sell back to the pool, even when nobody else is buying.
What can go wrong
- Revenue can fall. The bond only covers the promised minimum, and only while it lasts.
- The share price drops when other holders sell.
- Selling instantly costs an extra 2–10% fee; unbonding skips it but takes 2 days.
- This is a testnet: test tokens have no real value.
